1. General Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and jayabaje. They apply to all products, services, promotions, and features available on the platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sports betting, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Tongits Go, Treasure Boat Fishing, and any future additions to the jayabaje game library.

By accessing jayabaje, you acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. jayabaje does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for any financial loss resulting from gameplay. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use jayabaje, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jayabaje enforces age verification as part of the account review process and during withdrawal processing.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapable may not register.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on jayabaje. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with balances subject to forfeiture depending on the circumstances of the duplication.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion agreement with jayabaje or any other gaming platform where cross-platform exclusions are recognised.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, complete, and current. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

jayabaje reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after deducting any withdrawals already processed.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on jayabaje, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and does not require any initial deposit. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jayabaje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify jayabaje immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat or by emailing support@jayabaje.

All actions taken from your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses claimed — are deemed to have been made by the registered account holder. jayabaje is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on jayabaje. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jayabaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and retain any bonus funds credited across those accounts. Deposited funds (net of any prior withdrawals) will be returned to the originating payment method at jayabaje's discretion.

3.3 Account Verification

As part of our commitment to fair and secure operations, jayabaje may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change to account activity patterns. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., confirmation of bKash or Nagad wallet ownership). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jayabaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods natively integrated into the platform cashier: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jayabaje does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your jayabaje account balance within minutes of confirmed payment receipt from the sending wallet.
• jayabaje does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact support immediately if a deposit is made to the wrong account or in an unintended amount.
• jayabaje reserves the right to place deposits on hold for verification purposes if the transaction triggers automated risk controls.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay within 30 minutes to 4 hours under standard operating conditions, 24/7 including public holidays.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on your account, unless prior approval has been granted by the jayabaje finance team.
• Accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process may have withdrawals withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• jayabaje reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a rolling 30-day period.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jayabaje offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season openers, and IPL campaigns. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these General Terms, the General Terms prevail unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by jayabaje are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default wagering conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagers placed on live dealer Baccarat and Roulette contribute 10% toward wagering requirements. All other eligible games contribute 100% unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period without conversion to real money.
• Wagers placed using real money funds are applied to your account balance before bonus funds. Bonus funds are used only after real money balance reaches zero.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jayabaje actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviour deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed specifically to complete requirements without meaningful gameplay risk, or coordinated bonus exploitation with other players — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure. jayabaje's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jayabaje. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and collusion: Using fraudulent payment methods, colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in relation to bets placed on jayabaje.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or gamble if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Money laundering: Using the jayabaje platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of crime. jayabaje is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to play games, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes on jayabaje.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks with your mobile financial service provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by jayabaje. Accounts subject to chargeback disputes will be suspended pending investigation.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward jayabaje support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Security exploitation: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the jayabaje platform, its games, or its payment processing systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jayabaje platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jayabaje or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jayabaje platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from jayabaje.
• Use any jayabaje brand assets, logos, or trademarks in any context outside the platform without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of jayabaje intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law and will result in immediate termination of your account and access to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayabaje and its operators, directors, employees, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss resulting from gameplay, including losses arising from game outcomes, bonus forfeitures, or expired promotional funds.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, mobile network outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game display, pricing, or odds caused by software defects, provided that such errors are corrected promptly upon identification. In the event of a manifest error in odds or payouts, jayabaje reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, even where jayabaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jayabaje's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

jayabaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the period requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Identification of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against jayabaje transactions.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a positive balance (dormant account policy — see below).
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jayabaje account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing support@jayabaje. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed for self-exclusion reasons are processed immediately.

9.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity with a positive balance. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, jayabaje will send a notification to the registered email address. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to cover maintenance costs. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a verification step. Remaining balances after any applied fees are returned to the player upon reactivation or final closure.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jayabaje operates with the intent of providing a fair, transparent, and compliant service to players in Bangladesh.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jayabaje regarding any aspect of your account, game outcome, bonus, or transaction, you should first contact the support team via live chat or email at support@jayabaje. The support team will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If the matter is not resolved through direct support contact, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the jayabaje management team. Complaints submitted in English receive priority handling. Please include your registered username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence with your escalation.

10.2 Game Outcome Disputes

All game outcomes on jayabaje are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the server-side game log maintained by the relevant game provider constitutes the authoritative record and shall take precedence over any client-side display discrepancy.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jayabaje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
